These pouffes are made of sheep skin leather. They are not made in a big factory with machinery and stuff! The whole creation of these pouffes is through a handmade and hand crafted process but range of skilled men and women, sometimes in a workshop but my many whom prefer to work from their homes. The first step is the dyeing of the leather skin, in an array of beautiful colors. The next stage is cutting it to slides. Some parts are sent for sewing and other parts are given it to the local women who hand embroider pieces in their houses. Once this stage is completed they are brought back to the workshop for assembly.
